This course is aimed at all baristas, either just starting out or with experience, wishing to improve their professional skills, and focuses on how to give the barista a key role within the bar, in terms of: behaviour, communication, relationship with the customers.

At the end of the course, after invoice settlement, participants will receive an Attendance Certificate.
