This blend was developed with the objective of finding a product somewhere between a classic and a decaffeinated espresso.  After many internal and external tests aimed at finding the perfect blend, the result was Ideale.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Enveloping and full-bodied, Ideale is a balanced blend that guarantees all the flavor of a classic espresso, but with a low caffeine content.

These characteristics allow you to consume Ideale any time you desire, from dawn to dusk.

FLAVOR

From the first sip, Ideale regales you with the body of its blends and a harmony of flavor between bitter and acid notes.

Enveloping and satisfying, it finds its full expression even cold;  it can also become the protagonist of delicious cocktails which conquer the palate.

BLEND

That which makes the Ideale blend special is the union of refined Arabica, prized Robusta and special decaffeinated, which exalt the unique flavor with only half the caffeine of a traditional cup of espresso.

The result is a coffee with a full-bodied flavor like a traditional espresso, but with only 50% the caffeine of a normal Essse espresso.

MOMENT OF CONSUMPTION

Its delicacy makes Ideale a perfect espresso for any moment of the day, when you want to give yourself a special break without consuming too much caffeine.

It’s a mild and light espresso, that can be consumed even in the late afternoon.
