Selezione Ideale is an Essse exclusive: it’s a particular product and the only one of its type. After months of experimentation the result was Selezione Ideale, a blend with all the characteristics of a classic espresso, but with a low caffeine content. In the cup it’s enveloping and full-bodied, with good balance between acidic and bitter notes. It’s the perfect blend for late afternoon or after the evening meal, and very pleasant even iced. It has all the Italian espresso flavor but half the caffeine of any other Essse espresso.
