This is a blend that unites varieties of Arabica and Robusta, for an espresso with a mellow aroma, full-bodied with a good balance of flavors. It finishes with a prevalence of notes of cocoa and toast and a syrupy and persistent body. It is not affected greatly by the variable weather conditions and is suitable for consumption any time of the day. It’s a blend developed to yield an espresso that leaves a pleasant aftertaste with multiple nuances.
