Our capsule espresso machine, Sistema Espresso S.12, is really a jewel of design and technology. For this reason, in 2013 we decided to entrust the design of this machine to Giugiaro Design, a guarantee of elegance and distinction. But our primary objective was that of offering, both at home and in the vending sector, an excellent coffee which would live up to our Essse Caffè standards. The special spout of the S.12 machine, which is now patented, is the secret of the quality of the espresso obtained with Sistema Espresso: mixing coffee and air during the act of dispensing yields a creamy, full-bodied and persistent cup of espresso.
