Welcome the new Coffee Explorers line: a real journey into taste, whose destination is the pure exaltation of some of the coffee beans that make our blends unique.
Produced in the Santander region, Colombia Supremo is a fine Arabica bean. Thanks to the favorable topography of the land where it is grown, it allows the plantations to have good exposure even at an altitude between 1,300 and 1,700 meters. The coffee, processed using the Fully Washed technique, offers a very intense taste, but at the same time smooth and well balanced, where marked notes of cocoa are combined with a rich floral aroma.
More than 40 years of experience in the world of roasting have allowed us to select the finest Arabica beans and combine them to create Delicato. This whole bean blend gives life to a full and rich aroma, with a strong presence of floral and fruity notes characterized by a pleasant bitter taste, without losing balance and harmony of flavors. The light roasting enhances notes of almond and provides a precious experience of taste that exalts the most delicate hints: a “gourmet” alternative to impress the most discerning palates.
Honduras San Andres is a variety of Arabica grown in the western part of the country, in the Lempira region, on the Pico Congolon at an altitude between 1400 and 1700 meters. It is processed following the traditional technique, with complete patio-drying to provide sweetness and aromaticity to the coffee. The fresh notes of citrus are combined with a strong hint of rum for a full-bodied and refined taste.
Another good reason to choose Essse Caffè’s whole been coffee for the house?
