Our Selezione Decaffeinated is intended to produce an espresso with a decided aroma and traditional flavor, but with a caffeine content of less than 0.10%. On the palate, hints of dried fruit and cocoa emerge; the coffee is enveloping, but light, while it maintains good body, being particularly digestible, because as well as being decaffeinated it’s also dewaxed.
